The first step is to send us an email via email@example.com and we’ll guide you from there.
We allow returns within 30 days for a refund. To proceed, please make sure that all original tags are attached, original packaging is intact and there are no signs of wear on any of the pieces.
While returns and exchanges are easy, unfortunately, we can’t assume the shipping costs or liability for loss or damage occurred during the shipment of the returned item.
In the case of an exchange, don’t worry, you can choose another piece for an of equal or greater value.
Upon the reception of the product and after evaluating its condition, the amount you paid will be fully credited using the same payment method. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges communicated or sent outside the established deadline as well as items that are not in the same condition in which they were acquired.
