Which payment methods are available?
To pay for your order, you can use these options: Credit Card, PayPal, Referência Multibanco, MBWAY, Payshop and Utrust (Pay with Cryptocurrencies).
Who is responsible for shipping my order?
Shipping is via MRW for Portuguese orders and DHL Express for international orders.
What are the shipping costs?
For Portugal the shipping is free on orders over 260€ and the standard shipping is 3,95€.
For all European Union countries the shipping is free on orders over 260€ and the standard shipping is 12,95.
For the rest of the world the shipping is free on orders over 260€ and the standard shipping is 25€ ( + taxes due on delivery, paid to the carrier).
How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
Our production is made to order, to guarantee excellent quality and eliminate excess waste. We’ll need 2 to 3 weeks to made your piece and ship your order. International orders may be subject to delays in their passage through customs and/or import duties once they arrive in the destination country outside the European Union.
To which countries do you ship Ownever?
We ship worldwide.
Is there a way to track my shipment status?
Yes. You can follow your shipment status using a code we’ll provide you with once your order is shipped.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you are free to cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped, and your payment will be refunded.
Can I return my order?
You can return the piece you purchased within a maximum period of 30 days after receiving your order. The pieces must be intact and in perfect condition. To start the return process, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a description and/or image of the piece you would like to return.
The refund amount, excluding the shipping costs, will be processed in the same way as the original payment or, if you prefer, in a Ownever voucher. Shipping costs are not refundable.
All sales tax is included in your refund if your order has been shipped to an EU destination. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales tax are non-refundable.
The pieces must be shipped in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. We do not cover return shipping costs unless you are returning a defective piece. We advise that all returns be sent by Registered Mail, as we cannot be held responsible for returns unless signed by a member of our team.
After we receive the returned piece we will send you a confirmation email. Returns will be processed within approximately 5 working days of receipt.
